Give ability for BuddyPress group admins to display any external RSS feed into a dedicated group tab "RSS"

It would be nice to have an option to define how often RSS should be updated.
Data can be stored in groups_meta table.
Some RSS feeds has images inserted into the xml.
That would be nice to remove them OR resize.
Configurable from group admin area.
