Error with npm run build

With a very basic css:

Module build failed:
body {
     ^
      Invalid CSS after "body {": expected "}", was "{"

Error: WordPress files seem to already be present here.

When I run npm run setup I get this error:

Testing on mobile

Hey I've connecting to my localhost computer to test my wp theme on mobile but it doesn't show me anything on load. Any ideas on how I can connect to it from an external source?

If only our project had a cool README image...

Update to webpack 3

It would be great if you update webpack.config.js to latest webpack version (v3).
