One general note of advice about this for your portfolio. For those not familiar with the game, I would add some more descriptive information about the game and what it is and what this does. If a recruiter is looking at your portfolio, assume they don't know anything about the game and explain each feature from that point of view.

Feature List

This looks pretty good. This is pretty much a read-only app, correct? So it just displays information, so you won't be having a backend? Does the API you are using need a token? if so you might need to have a simple express app on the backend to hold this key so you can make fetch calls to it and then turn around and make fetch calls to the API, otherwise anyone visiting could steal your token from the javascript.

These seem very well fleshed out.

Front end routes

You should document the front end routes you will be using with react-router.
