Update to work with Python 3

I cleaned up the code and now it works with Python 3 on Windows. This is my fist time doing this, if I screwed up, let me know.

License?

Would you please include a license file? This would help those of us who want to use this code in other projects, or those who want to include the script in a Linux distro, to know whether or not they are allowed to.

Mistake when I run the script

thx for your script. But when I run hashtag.py I hav a syntax error.

It's on this line :
print 'Error parsing LM and NTLM hashes from Domain Cached Credentials/mscash hash'

I'm sorry but I'm beginner on Python.
