A deprecated library just for Python 2.x

I think you did know Python 2.x is different from Python 3.x. For example:
Python 2.x uses

print 'foo'

to printing out string, value or a list but Python 3.x uses

print("foo")

to do that thing.

Python 2.x uses

foo_var = []

but in Python 3.x, it'll returns error so you should use

foo_var = None

In Windows, you cannot use

subprocess.run(["CMD", "/C", command])

in Python 3.x. Instead, use

os.system("CMD /C" + command)

to run a command. I don't know if Python 3.x changes more APIs than that. I don't know if my changes work either because I'm a Python beginner. Anyways, my changes stored here.

Note: I don't want to open a pull request because this repository might be a great tool for peoples who uses Python 2.x
