Invalid Tag values in OCR

The results.json file in OCR has "Tags": [["Optical Character Recognition"],["OCR"]] which does not conform to the given format.
It should be "Tags": ["Optical Character Recognition","OCR"].

usage.html missing in the CORD-Spacy-word2vec model

The CORD-Spacy-word2vec model does not contain the mandatory usage.html file.

Update htmls

call removed from forest_utils, please update accordingly, please see COVID-ROBERTa directory for reference

Add more tests

Add tests for:

• Model existing in gdrive
• Only have language column when NLP is in TAG
• Description should have more than a hundered charachters
• Empty cell check in ipynb file
• Assert types in result.json
