Unable to extract more than 100 posts using getDiscussionsByBlog

Expected behavior

I can download all resmoked content from my account. Either by specifying a large limit, or by iterating 100 posts at a time.

Actual behavior

There's a limit of 100 posts I can get from getDiscussionsByBlog.

How to reproduce

Try to specify a limit of 1000 posts, it will return an undefined response.

Replace steem with smoke?

smoke-js refers to the smoke network in code and documentation
