Fetch is an open source Android client for KickassAnime, designed to provide a seamless and enjoyable anime watching experience on your mobile device. Installation

To use Fetch, follow these steps:

1. Clone the Fetch repository to your local machine:

   git clone https://github.com/snehilrx/Fetch.git
   

2. Open the project in Android Studio.

3. Add a version.properties file to the root directory of project with the below contents

   majorVersion=1
   minorVersion=0
   patchVersion=0
   buildNumber=3
   

4. In local.properties file add the following properties.

   KEY_PATH=keypath
   KEY_PASSWORD=****
   STORE_PASSWORD=***
   KEY_ALIAS=***
   

   For creating a signin key, read this https://developer.android.com/studio/publish/app-signing#sign-apk

5. Build and run the application on your Android device or emulator.

How to Contribute

Fetch is an open source project, and contributions are welcome! If you would like to contribute to Fetch, please follow these steps:

1. Fork the repository on GitHub.

2. Create a new branch from the dev branch.

3. Make your changes and commit them with descriptive commit messages.

Fixing the cd pipeline for releases on GitHub

Currently, the cd pipeline is broken as the release action is not working.

When I build the app, I see the following error : Caused by: groovy.lang.MissingPropertyException: Cannot get property 'majorVersion' on extra properties extension as it does not exist

Search not working

Hi!
It seems that the search function is broken :(

UI changes

Okay I'll keep it honest and simple. The player ui is as ugly as it could be. You NEED to change that. Make it more like aniyomi. Im not saying copy it but do some changes and completely reform it from what it is now. The whole next episode and download button they all need to be changed.

Also a minor bug, when i open and start the app, the kickassanime logo is half shown.
