Improvement for 1.7.x Resourcepacks

Hello,
wouldn't it be easier to add only the texture files from the mods to the modpack zip? After that you could the following resourcepacks to minecraft:

• Soartex_Fanver.zip or Invitus.zip
• ModpackTexturepack.zip

The work, the filesystem usage, the network bandwith are all lower than this method.

Just a suggestion.
