Runtime exception with no information

When you cause some error to happen eg. [1] you will get just:

and that is all. Having some traceback would be really nice.

Just create config for some topic, but put there:

unicode encode error

I hit this today:

The URL in the last line of README, http://fedmsg.readthedocs.org/en/latest/topics/, no longer works.

Fix or workaround stability of ConfigParser ordering

ConfigParser uses dict to store options which doesn't guarantee ordering. This has to be fixed somehow

systemd unit file should autorestart by default

I find that when fedwatch crashes, it doesn't restart. It probably should.

Add setuid support

if daemon is running as root it can check file perms and setuid() after fork but before exec based on setuid bit on files in script-dir
