Prepare release materials that are managed by Git.
- Create a list of files that have changed.
- Collect sources before and after modification.
- Collect sources to be released.
This tool uses the git diff command internally.
commit1
is the start of the commit. commit2
is the end of the commit.
git-release-materials list commit1 commit2
git-release-materials before-after commit1 commit2
git-release-materials release commit1 commit2
You can specify a directory that is managed by Git. If the .git directory does not exist in this directory, an error will occur.
If not specified, the current directory will be specified.
git-release-materials release commit1 commit2 -g /path/to/git-root-dir
You can specify a directory in which to place the materials. If the directory does not exist, it will be created.
If it is not specified, a directory for the output will be created in the current working directory.
git-release-materials release commit1 commit2 -o /path/to/output-dir
You can specify unwanted materials.
git-release-materials release commit1 commit2 -e .gitignore,*.md
