enqueue external scripts

add scripts from external source (CDN)

expected result:

wp_enqueue_script( 'script-name', https://CDN/SCRIPT.JS', [], '1.0.0', true );

strip_tags() incompatible with javascript comparison operators

Hi, thanks for this plugin.

I would like to include some javascript code that uses a less-than comparison operator. Unfortunately because the entire output is run through strip_tags(), code like this:

if (1<2) ...

becomes

if (1

and the rest of the output is invalid. I guess you're stripping tags to exclude <script> but this means a lot of potential javascript won't work. I'll submit a PR that removes strip_tags but I'm happy to discuss or defer to a better approach if you have one in mind.

enqueue script

i.e. attach the script in customizer to an existing script hook
