Allow better interruption of scans

Make calls to checkInterrupt() in method GitBlitSCMNavigator.visitSources() to detect the interruption of the process.

Change name to "gitblit-scm-plugin"

According to the documentation this plugin does not follow the official naming convention. Neither do the github-branch-source plugin and bitbucket-branch-source plugin.

Error after updating "Pipeline: Job" plugin

I had a correctly working Jenkins instance with Gitblit Organization plugin installed and Pipeline: Job 2.12.2. When I upgraded Pipeline: Job 2.12.2 to 2.15, the Jenkins instance showed some errors at restart, including in the UI.

Excerpt of the error: The organization job's config.xml could not be read: CannotResolveClassException: org.jenkinsci.plugins.workflow.multibranch.WorkflowMultiBranchProject

Steps to reproduce:
1.- Have an instance of Jenkins with Organization Plugin and Pipeline: Job 2.12 installed.
2.- Upgrade Pipeline: Job to 2.15
3.- Restart Jenkins

UPDATE: This may be caused by a change not yet introduced, the triggering of scanning new repositories via Gitblit push hook.

Branch criteria broken since implementation of branch discovery

There is no way to get only specific branches using a pattern, right now all branches from each repository are retrieved.

This is due to the change in the SCM API that introduced sharing of traits between SCMNavigator and SCMSource: https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-43507 (this is the same change that broke the discovery of branches)

NPE when saving a project with no Gitblit URL configured

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Manage Jenkins -> Configure System. Make sure that no Gitblit Servers are configured.
2. Create a new Gitblit Organization and save the project configuration as-is

The scan should return a NullPointerException.

Multibranch job with gitblit source doesn't work

Project configuration does not track changes in Global Config

The configuration on the GitBlit organization projects is not changed when it is changed on the "Manage Jenkins -> Configure System". This is true at least for the Gitblit servers' addresses.

Trying to abort a job: "Are you sure you want to abort null?"

Should show the name of the job that's going to be aborted.
