An XML schema may enforce element order. Currently the API will give elements from the XML Map in an arbitrary order. There should be an API method to return XML elements in the original order.
The to and from XML methods should support the finding and replacing of the special XML characters.

It would be helpful if the Pretty XML to Tree Map supported attributes entered in single quotes. The LabVIEW XML parser supports this format and NI uses it in some TestStand configuration files. See an example below.
Example XML:

<teststandfileheader type='GeneralEngineConfigFile' fileversion='920' productname='TestStand' productversion='2019 (19.0.0.170)' compatibleversion='19.0.0.0' buildversion='19.0.0.170' xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns="http://www.ni.com/TestStand/19.0.0/PropertyObjectFile">

It would be nice if Tree Map API would include JSON parsing together with XML parsing.
If a path "\a\b" exists, the "progressive paths" output correctly outputs "\a" for parent, but the "Parent Path" output incorrectly returns "a".
Root cause seems to be in the VI that parses a node returning the parent's path without the leading slash, causing the lookup for the parent to fail.
