I like the 2nd one.
I wonder (although already seeming a bit strange to me) could posix:size be subclassed?

The element of 1 I like is that it's a single predicate that does not require a bnode. But maybe personal view here, but custom types can be a pain to deal with in apps, or maybe even in sparql queries.
