I like the 2nd one.

I wonder (although already seeming a bit strange to me) could posix:size be subclassed?

The element of 1 I like is that it's a single predicate that does not require a bnode. But maybe personal view here, but custom types can be a pain to deal with in apps, or maybe even in sparql queries.

I'd vote for the 1st one. The not requiring a bnode is a pretty big advantage (query wise)

Yeah, I would prefer the simplicity of the first one too. I think posix:size could be subpropertied ("verbing weirds language"! Not subclassed, BTW :-) ), but I still like the datatype...

I've done

(i.e., not the WebID, but the storage as subject).
