Support any service host

We should support any service host type. If there is already an implementation of a service host, we should be able to use it.

MAybe implement a factory pattern or something.

Transport bindings cause problems

Since this extensions essentially acts the same as a load balancer would when terminating SSL, then we need to fix Transport security bindings when they are used.
