Split packages based on settings

Because it is possible to activate and deactivate some features within settings, not all 'prerequisites_packages' are needed.
Only the 'prerequisites_packages' should be installed which are really needed to work with the current settings.

At the moment the following settings will change the 'prerequisites_packages':

• zammad_install_nginx
• zammad_db_mysql
• zammad_db_postgresql

Extend testing suite

Actually the travis run only checks for a simple syntax check of the role. This is ok but for the future it would be better if role is executed correctly (and a second time to see if it is indempotent). In other roles we already added it, see https://github.com/solutionDrive/ansible-role-packages/blob/master/.travis.yml

It would be great if the result will be checked by inspec for example to check the correct installation of this role.

Also the different path should be checked (with/without nginx, with/without mysql, with/without postgres)
