Modcontracts do not properly manage versions
Current implementation creates a new version per each modcontract, but this is not the way version works in beedata. Use versions but mantain old dateStart,dateEnd and update tariffHistory and powerHistory.
Modcontracts do not properly handle missing data
Modcontracts do not create proper document considering eve schema. If there's partial information available removes part of the fields but not all, so required fields are missing and doc validation fails.
