xmpppy requirement

As xmpppy is required to use pyjabberbot, it should be specified in the setup.py file as a required package.

Doesn't work with python 2.5

First, the setup.py files errors on syntax,
then bot.py does on a except "IOError as e"
then it still bombs out on

AttributeError: 'property' object has no attribute 'setter'

IMO this should either be documented as requiring >= 2.6, or updated to work with 2.6
