Clean the project

Retrieve the covers of the podcast properly

We have done a workaround in 58c68bf for retrieving the podcast.

Fetch the real covers (they are new) from Spotify for Podcasters and create unit tests for checking this.

Fix Swallowed Exceptions after updating to Coroutines 1.7.0

Some tests are failing "random" because of the update to Coroutines 1.7.0
When these tests are run isolated they work. But when they are run with the rest of the tests of the class, if an exception happens it can lead to an error.

Fix CI to take into account the local.properties

We have this error:

The file '/home/runner/work/Base/Base/local.properties' could not be found

It's normal! The local.properties is not configured in the CI yet.

Fix it! 💪

Remove the test user in the app

It's the moment to remove this provisional feature that was implemented as an MVP.

If we want to add something similar, we'll do it in the future. But now it's time to delete this tech debt.
