most recorded demos are corrupted

raw demos from server filesystem & zipped demos from discord attachment have same CRC, problem is program threw disk
server map is 3500 size with seed 43987613
server was using raknet

errors during play:

• demo has invalid ident
• unknown wire type 7
• unknown wire type 3

demos contained roughly the following:

• combat with scientists on oilrig
• combat with scientist on the road while riding a horse
• pov of admin hitting a player with rock and using vanish right after

plugins:

• Rustigate
• AdminRadar
• Vanish
• NoGiveNotices

players can disconnect to avoid event from being created

Disconnecting players with an active recording, cause an error in EndPlayerEvent.
If the event cant end, no report can be made in the future.
The demofile exists, however since its not tied to an event, it may be deleted on next server startup.
