Fix gnutls ciphersuites.c define parsing

It seems that the gnutls project has implemented automated formatting which added a number of indentations for LeGiBiLiTy so we need to update our regex to compensate. We will have to keep an eye on this and update should they make any changes in the future

gnutls source parser includes IANA ciphersuite names unecessarily

The ciphersuites.c parser logic is incorrectly including IANA standard ciphersuite names rather than the gnutls name.

Replace OpenSSL manpage parsing with source parsing

In order to achieve the desired objective of this particular utility, we will need both the OpenSSL ciphersuite name as well as the related hexcode value for the ciphersuite. Since the man pages do not provide the hexcodes, we will need to replace this logic with source parsing to achieve the desired outcome of splitting off the logic from the testssl output. This can be achieved in a similar fashion to the way it is defined in tls-table.

Implement NSS ciphersuite parsing

For the sake of completeness, adding NSS ciphersuite support based on existing logic in tls-table would be beneficial.
