Handle zero-padding flag

Please note that %08x is the same as %8.8x.

Build tests on using installed cpputest

When installing CppUTest from (at least) Ubuntu package system, the Makefile needs to be updated to compile unit tests. Current setup is to compile local side installed version of CppUTest.

Update tests with more checks on cast, sign and conversion

Add flags -Wcast-qual -Wsign-compare -Wconversion and fix potential errors from that.

Handle different hexadecimal case

What

• When giving lower case x, lower case hex should be printed.
• When giving upper case X, upper case hex should be printed.

How

Instead of using base as an integer in print_ui() and print_uil(), replace it with an enum like DECIMAL, HEX_UPPER_CASE and HEX_LOWER_CASE.

Make it possible to use from C++

Make sure extern "C" is used at appropriate places. It also does not like the macro used for setting up the file descriptors.

Both %u and %x takes the modifier l (aka %lu and %lx). Check that this is correctly implemented in the library.
