Support cursor pagination

Requests cannot be side loaded using wrapper, although the API allows it.

Requests cannot be side loaded. The API allows for users and organizations to be side loaded.

Where are OrganizationFields and UserFields ?

I update the library to the last version. According to the documentation, I can't find anymore how get organizations or users field ?
