document.head.appendChild(styleEl)

Here, there should be a condition to check whether the element is already present, otherwise multiple style element are appended.

Something like :

    styleEl.id = 'Ripple-effect-style'
    if (! document.getElementById('Ripple-effect-style'))
      document.head.appendChild(styleEl)

Click event not firing in Safari

Safari V11.0.1

When I use the ripple directive on a button, the click event stops firing on every click. It only fires after multiple clicks on the same element.

Until now I haven't found a workaround, having to disable the plugin in all my app
