Site needs to be brought up to date

The site is no longer compatible with the current versions of hugo out there.

There are also broken links in the content that may or may not be related to this.

"cobra" should be "cobra-cli" in "generation of applications & commands" of "About"

In "About", cobra should be cobra-cli for "generation of applications & commands":

Easy generation of applications & commands with cobra init appname & cobra add cmdname

Bad link to the `cobra-cli` README.md

The following link in the "Getting Started" page is bad:

cobra.dev/content/home/getting-started.md

Wrong cobra generator package address and document link

Wrong package address

In the Install section, run go get -u github.com/spf13/cobra/cobra and got the error message:

go: downloading github.com/spf13/cobra v1.4.0
go: module github.com/spf13/cobra@upgrade found (v1.4.0), but does not contain package github.com/spf13/cobra/cobra

Wrong document link

In the Using the Cobra Generator section, click Here and got 404 error.

Broken links to reference materials on generating documentation

There are links on the page https://cobra.dev/ which result in a 404 upon navigation. These include:

and the bash_completions.md link:

I wasn't able to locate in the source repo any files matching these names which were the potential intended targets; otherwise, I would offer a pull request to fix.
