Discarding images with no object

The method we currently use is not working. We currently flatten the image and sample random channel from random pixel. We discard if the percentage of sample whose value is less than threshold1 is greater than threshold2.

Repeated pattern in output

The model is learning but the cross pattern still exists. It's severe when the image is completely dark
image.
This maybe related to another problem. The pixel value of one of the three channels in output image is also one and for another it's always 0.
