Detect presence of consul / etcd
I saw this in the docs:
Detect presence of consul / etcd and start confd with the appropriate parameters.
The configuration of confd can depend on quite some application specifics, though we should try to minimize that and standardize as much as possible.
How about supplying 2 confd templates (for env + etcd backends) and then toggling via ENV , eg CONFD_BACKEND=etcd CONFD_PREFIX=/prod/myapp
