Store settings as .ini

Currently the users API key is stored as a Qsettings variable

This is no longer seen as best practice

• When others are debugging code we do not want them finding themselves here and modifying other settings sorted here

WMTS Failing with OTF

All other data types are re-projected without issue. The WMTS layers are not being re-projected from their source SRIDS.

If a WMTS layer is loaded as the initial layer and the map canvas is set to this layers correct SRID there is no issue - Therefore re-projections issue.

Note: using QGIS import wmts/wms tool uses the same uri string and there is no issue even when the map canvas is set to another SRID

As well as the description add a thumbnail preview of the data

Configure other services

Add the ability to add other services (MFE, STATS, Koordinates...)

Could add a json config file to s3 that the plugin can read

ensure WMTS is using smooth pixmap
