RenderSystem_Direct3D9

when i installed this release， I couldn't run it because this error。
Could not load dynamic library RenderSystem_Direct3D9， how fixed it， thanks。

About compile editor.

I compile editor source code.It is ok,but run editor crash.
I use ogre 1.8.1.
crash code:
ConfigFile cfg;
cfg.load(CONFIG_FILENAME);

// Load language (no widget for language)
wxString language = ogre2wx(cfg.getSetting("language"));  --------- crash!!!

Some source code files are under the MIT license such asVCBuild\Particle Universe Editor\src\ParticleUniverseSliderDialog.cpp while others such asVCBuild\Particle Universe Editor\src\ParticleUniverseAffectorPropertyWindows.cpp make reference to the Particle Universe Commercial license.

Usage of this program is licensed under the terms of the Particle Universe Commercial License.
You can find a copy of the Commercial License in the Particle Universe package.

Could you help to solve this problem connected with setPosition of PU? I need to attach the PS to SceneNode. But the PS doesn't change his position.
