Allow Composer in per-site directory

Multiple sites dynamically

I can dynamically add more sites? is that possible? eg when adding a new company that will add to that company automatically a new site (eg domain.com/empresa2)

Split config into per-site files

Split master config from /application/config into per-site configs and change initialization code. So adding a new site would not modify master application config and needs only to describe concrete domain and/or aliases.
