Support for Knockout 3.5.x

Hello, there appears to be some dependency on Knockout 3.4.67 at the moment. This release of KO has known security issues. Are there plans to update the dependency to use KO 3.5.0 or the latest 3.5.1? Thanks

Include TypeScript declaration file

Include a declaration file with the project for TypeScript users. The file should be placed at the root level and named index.d.ts. In package.json, the field "types" should be added with the value "index.d.ts".
