Branch: Category Controller APPLICATION FAILED TO START Issue while upgrading to Spring Boot 2.0.0.M7

Starting from Branch: Category Controller, application stops with error:

Parameter 0 of constructor in guru.springfamework.services.CategoryServiceImpl required a bean of type 'guru.springfamework.api.v1.mapper.CategoryMapper' that could not be found.

Action:
Consider defining a bean of type 'guru.springfamework.api.v1.mapper.CategoryMapper' in your configuration.

Fixed by upgrading to MapStruct 1.2.0.Final

Implement DELETE operations using DeleteMapping in GuardianController for cruD

CustomerDTO and CustomerListDTO are missing in branch refactor-for-jaxbclasses

Checked the other branches and it seems they're only missing on this particular branch

This is in IntelliJ, on Linux Mint, Java 8. Any thoughts?

create-customer branch: Application Context fails to load after M7 upgrade and IntelliJ/MapStruc fixes

Breaks CustomerServiceImpl constructor auto wiring of CustomerMapper and CustomerRepository.

Workaround by using setter-based injection.
