Emoji suggestions don't pop up in quick reply/quick edit

(Thanks for fixing the other bug so promptly. I don't know how active you still are with this plugin, but I figure a bug report is a bug report, heh.)

The emoji suggestions only pop up in the traditional New Post/Reply pages, but they don't seem to appear at all in quick reply and quick edit boxes.

Elkarte 1.1.x compatibility

Hi Spuds, I just tested this on elkarte 1.1.5, I report some problems:

1. full editor with preview disabled: I start writing ":ra" -> I click on rabbit emoji and I ger
   <img style='max-width:18px;padding:0 2px;vertical-align:bottom;' data-sceditor-emoticon=':rabbit:' alt=':1f430:' title='rabbit' src='https://domain.com/forum/smileys/emoji//rabbit.png' />
2. full editor with preview enabled seems to work fine now, but I had a similar problem which I cannot reproduce anymore.

Error strtr() expects at most 3 parameters, 4 given

Not all emoji work

For some reason, only some emoji work while others won't. It's not clear to me why, as the emoji do appear when editing a post.

Add A Box That Contains All Emoji

Hello,

Please can you put all the emoji in a box, so we can just click the one we want and use it? Maybe you could attached the link to the box in the forum's editor.
I think that would be more convenient than the dropdown list.
