Implementation for OnUnlockGenerator

Im sadly not able to code this my self because I'm to stupid to clone the repo and help coding it, but this might be a good Idea :)

[Bug] Lockers don't open when having keycard in inventory

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Plugin (v1.0.1)
2. Add any keycard into your inventory.
3. Try to open locker without holding keycard.
4. It doesn't open all of the time.
5. Try holding the keycard.
6. Locker opens

I attached screenshots on where else it happens. it might be more

Plugin fails to take effect

No error was reported at runtime, but when I put the card away, I couldn't open any doors
My configuration looks like this

Then, after I opened traditonal_methods, I found that I could only open SCP locker, while other doors with permission, such as 914,330, still could not be opened

Since there was no error in inserting, I also opened debug, and there was no problem, so I don't know what caused it

I am running the server on my own computer with windows 11

[Bug] Access denied

When having a keycard and opening doors, everything works perfectly, but everytime you open a locked door, it gives that red access denied sound. But it still opens that locked door. I'm not sure if it is intended.
