CASSIE Suggestion

Just a suggestion, allow server owners to enable a CASSIE announcement if 069 spawned, and make it configurable.

Random error

I'm unsure what this error is, but it appeared in my console when 069 died:

SCP-069 Doesn't work for me

When using the plugin, it turned out that sัp-069 does not become the one he killed. Nothing happens, although it never happened before
