'spec' folder is currently excluded within the tsconfig.json, which causes TS2705

Because I only want the contents of the 'src' folder within our 'dist' folder, I set the 'rootFolder' (within tsconfig.json) to 'src'.
There are TypeScript-files outside the 'src' folder, so running tsc -w will cause this error:

error TS6059: File '/exercises-ethereum-and-solidity-the-complete-developers-guide/inbox/spec/inbox.spec.ts' is not under 'rootDir' '/exercises-ethereum-and-solidity-the-complete-developers-guide/inbox/src'. 'rootDir' is expected to contain all source files.

Excluding the spec folder (within the tsconfig.json) solves this problem.

But then, within the spec files, you will notice that the following message appears:

TS2705: An async function or method in ES5/ES3 requires the 'Promise' constructor. Make sure you have a declaration for the 'Promise' constructor or include 'ES2015' in your --lib option.
