Creation of a GitHub Action file for automated serverside-testing on push and pull request

⚠️ Description of issue:
When adding a new feature to our code it is important that all supported statistical models like Linear Regression or Random Forest still provide the correct output in the right format when using it inside the Shiny App. For this purpose a GitHub Action should be created.

🤓✅ Expected behavior:
The GitHub Action should spin up a local Shiny App or directly test the server function and return an error if this is not possible. When there is no error, it should run every script from the "jumpstart" folder in sequence and compare the output to the output from the different scripts when they are executed outside of the Shiny App.
