Movie detail loading UX

Loading the screen with a slow network connection is a bad UX, lots of empty space and random labels showing with no content until it loads

Actor TV Credits incorrect sometimes

Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to an actors profile page
Navigate back
Navigate to another actor's profile
Notice the TV credits are showing the previous actor's credits

Move navigation into a more testable area

Navigation has been extracted by an interface so it should be able to be injected into a view model or a navigation helper and unit tested.

Nested Groupie layouts losing state

Upon rotation for forward then back navigation groupie lists inside the movie detail layout are losing scroll state, such as the Actors or related movies lists.

Not exactly sure why this is, as the layouts have ids and should save their state.

Continue writing unit tests for ViewModels

Currently missing tests for:

Navigation
Actor screen
Tv Series screen
Datasources?
