Modify S3 bucket CORS configuration

Hey Lars, I am unable to access the S3 bucket from my local frontend dev server. This can be fixed by modifying the CORS configuration of the bucket to:

Give stan admin access to repo to setup automated build and deploy to S3

I have a super rough frontend which fetches and displays images from an S3 bucket that I have setup until you can fix the permissions on mousaka-images. I would like to use Travis CI to do an automated build and deploy of the frontend but I think I need admin rights on the repo.

Add rainfall %chance display

I have followed this tutorial https://medium.com/@TopHat8855/using-gdal2tiles-for-overlaying-images-in-google-maps-15a7a67dd7fd and it works. Now we need to get our backend lambdas doing this when it creates an image and also begin covering a larger area.

Search bar text reappears after being cleared

If the search bar is cleared (by pressing the cross icon), the cleared text will reappear after the user re-opens the search bar and types something.

Make status bar transparent in mobile app

Currently the status bar is set as hidden. Modify the status bar so that it displays and is transparent so the map is still visible underneath.

Code for the status bar is in pinacolada/mobileApp/js/routes/MapScreen/MapScreen.js.

Fix search input left padding

The padding on the search text input is only active after the user starts typing. Make it active all of the time.
