Better icon and cluster colours

The icon and cluster colours kind of suck. I need to sit down and think about a nicer colour scheme to make the map look better

On Chrome, full-screen seems to be only occasionally working

Always show full slider but limit max to where eddie is currently up to in trip.

Start the slider at where eddie is

implement click to bring component into focus in front of camera

Implement multi finger touch gestures with hammer.js

Two fingers should be able to make a motion like turning a dial and rotate the earth around the z-axis

Implement state variable for lon/lat that the camera is currently facing

make embedded map larger

Display location content around earth

Display text data to earth left and photo panel to earth right for location in focus

implement arc of movement from auto animation back to controlled movement axis

Gracefully handle data fetching errors

make all controls more response and consider limiting user movement

This includes transforming current controls so that they are applied relative to the camera and not relative to the earth coordinate system

add carto.js map component and transition into it on zoom threshold

Button should contain some information about who to contact for bugs etc

Bounding boxes don't load correctly on mobile

portrait photo formatting

portrait photos appear longer than the modal page and dont look great in popup

exiting fullscreen video breaks map

Improve directional swiping

Currently use react-touch to handle swipes in 8 directions. (UP, UPLEFT, LEFT, DOWNLEFT... etc). Would be nice to use a non-react touch library to handle these and get more DOF.

Square grid keeps appearing over the map on Chrome

Incorporate country/phase navigation into full screen map
