Yes you can. But I'm not sure you want.
The main goal of this architecture is to separate behavior by classes. Yes this create more classes but is that a problem? The code will just be more readable.

An example of how to merge ViewProxy and Activity:

public class FormActivity extends BaseAppCompatActivity
        implements FormDef.IView, View.OnClickListener {

    private FormDef.IPresenter mPresenter;

    @Override
    protected int getContentView() {
        return R.layout.activity_form;
    }

    @Override
    protected BasePresenter newPresenter() {
        FormDef.IDataProvider provider = new FormDataProvider();
        return new FormPresenter(provider, this);
    }

    @Override
    protected void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
        super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);

        findViewById(R.id.save_button).setOnClickListener(this);
    }

    @Override
    public void setValueSaved(String text) {
        TextView textView = (TextView) findViewById(R.id.save_value_textview);
        textView.setText(text);
    }

    @Override
    public Context getContext() {
        return this;
    }

    @Override
    public void setPresenter(Base.IPresenter pvBasePresenter) {
        mPresenter = (FormDef.IPresenter) pvBasePresenter;
    }

    @Override
    public void onClick(View v) {
        if (v.getId() == R.id.save_button) {
            EditText editText = (EditText) findViewById(R.id.value_edittext);
            mPresenter.onClickSaveButton(editText.getText().toString());
        }
    }
}

But still, if I was you I will avoid to mix two different classes like that.

Ps: I changed your title for a more explicit one for the others ;)
