Feedback Form throws an exception when filling for the first time 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log is as a student
2. Select a course that the user has not assessed
3. Go to the feedback form
4. Put you feedback and save the result
5. Make any changes to the feedback form
6. Save the result again

Expected result:
- updates finish successfully and changes are applied

Actual Result:
- an exception is thrown and no changes are applied after update

Implement version management 

Implement two distinctive concepts:
* Meta data versioning - each app module has its own version
* Applicaiton versioning - application version is the same for all modules

Missing build.xml
