Switch to miette

Switch to miette for error handling, this means

Using Result and IntoDiagnostic for everything that returns a result

Turning all custom errors into miette style errors

Change unit errors to be more descriptive

Turn all unit errors into enums that are more descriptive of what happened

Make the click-derive crate more "correct" (aka use syn features better)

rework interactions to be simpler

My idea is a single Struct that holds everything needed for an interaction, methods, context, data, and acts as a builder + sender, able to set data then send it out without losing the struct in question

Better interaction argument parsing

Check the order of arguments, and lazily parse them like serenity does, only with the custom ParseOption we already have in place, blocked until #7 is closed

Bug fixes for stats command

Bugs needing fixing:

• Memory usage wildly inaccurate on Linux/Unix
• CPU Usage at 0.00 for Unix (still need to test Windows)
