"Explorer Synced" health check stuck at 0.00%

Logs are progressing with some kind of sync, though idk if related:

[btcpayserver] Fix Lightning instructions

Currently the picture in the instructions is out of date. Needs to be update to latest process. New process is just hit "Save".

Progress not properly displaying for explorer synced health check

The data is coming back correctly but for some reason it's showing as 0.00%.

LND does not show up as a dependency. Only BTC Proxy.

[feat]: Enable Monero XMR payments on BTCPay Server

Now that EmbassyOS has a Monero node, let's get BTCPay Server XMR-enabled.

Convert configurator to JS

Using a rust configurator is a deprecated approach with the advent of the JS procedure APIs in eOS. Convert this portion of the setup to use the modern API implementations for consistency, efficiency and ease of readability.

Update to v1.4.7

• Update to 1.4.7
• Allow for direct connection to bitcoind instead of btc-rpc-proxy
• Preserve the ability to connect via btc-rpc-proxy and reflect the difference in the config union
• add action for explorer rescan

Please update BTCPayServer to latest version

EOS uses version 1.4.7. Since then, BTCPayServer has released 9 new versions and is on 1.6.1.0 (as of July 14). While 1.4.7 is only 4.5 months old at this point, there are significant improvements / bug fixes now available. See: https://github.com/btcpayserver/btcpayserver/releases.

I did see pull requests for update to 1.5.1 and 1.5.2. Can those be updated to 1.6.x?

0.2.x unable to delete a Store

No error throw, but store does not disappear.
