Create a ReadMe Section
We need a nice and concise ReadMe section!
All of the main contributors, lets work on this together.
Once we get the scoring, and adjust the CSS let's put this together.
Enable GitHub Pages Hosting Functionality

Convert current .CSS to SASS
The app currently uses CSS for styling.
