Debian 11 - SteamAPI_Init() failed; create pipe failed.

Hi i have used Battalion: Legacy Deployer and i have run into the following issue:

[S_API] SteamAPI_Init(): Loaded '/home/steam/.steam/sdk64/steamclient.so' OK. [S_API FAIL] SteamAPI_Init() failed; create pipe failed.[2022.08.21-11.32.25:806][ 0]LogSteamShared: Warning: SteamAPI failed to initialize, conditions not met.

The server is not showing up.

EDIT:
I tried the same (as described in readme) on a fresh debian 11 install (Different machine) and it has the same results.
