Add favicon to WebViewTabWidget

Optionally showing a favicon in the tab bar is rather expected these days.

It should be easy enough using WebView.get_favicon() and WebView.notify["favicon"] but strangely enough I haven't got it to work yet.

Epiphany also seems to apply some scaling, may be useful to take a look at: https://github.com/GNOME/epiphany/blob/b64fe7784c20dadc6fea4b18a356057f512a71b1/lib/ephy-favicon-helpers.c

Suggested settings for favicons:
