macro replacement in biber tool mode

While converting BibTeX files back and forth, values that did not use macros become replaced by macros. For example, "Berlin" in Language Science Press publications get the macro berlinboston, which is used in De Gruyter publications and expands to "Berlin" since we ignore Boston.
