Make 0.7 release

• build and tests on x86_64 Ubuntu 16.04 (Travis)
• build and tests on x86_64 Ubuntu 18.04
• build and tests on OS X (Mac) (Travis)
• build and tests on ppc64 Fedora 28
• build and tests on i686 OpenBSD
• build and tests on x86_64 Centos 6.10
• build and tests on x86_64 FreeBSD 12.2
• build and tests on x86_64 DragonFly BSD
• build and tests on x86_64 NetBSD 8.4 (1 failure as expected [gnutls ecc bug])
• build and tests on x86_64 Cygwin
• build and tests on armv6l Debian 8 (raspbian) (1 failure as expected due to outdated gnutls)

• upgrading libtpms from 0.6.0 to 0.7.0 while suspended and usage of a signing key
